How We Review: What 63PH Checks and What It Refuses to Claim
63PH is an independent guide to JILI games and Philippine payments. It is not a casino: no deposits, no balances, no games, and no ability to act on anybody's account. Most of this site consists of telling readers which numbers to trust and which to ignore, so this page applies the same discipline to us. Here is our method and, more importantly, the boundary of it. Players must be 21 or older.
The Standard: Could You Check Us?
Every claim here has to be traceable to something you can open yourself — a terms page, a cashier screen, a regulator's list, a game's own information panel. If a statement cannot be traced that way, it does not get published, which is why you will not find star ratings, trust percentages or payout league tables on this site. Those cannot be checked by anybody, including by the people who publish them.
The Eight Criteria
| Criterion | What counts as documented | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | An operating company named, and a regulator named | The terms page, then the regulator's list of licensees |
| Payment rails | The wallets, banks and rails offered to PH players | The cashier and any published payments page |
| Terms clarity | Bonus and withdrawal rules readable in one place beforehand | The terms, read end to end |
| KYC rules | Which documents are required, and when | The verification pages of the help centre |
| Complaint route | Named routes for escalating inside and outside the company | Support and legal pages |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Deposit limits, reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion, in the account | Account settings and the responsible-gaming page |
| Support channels | Support reachable from inside the logged-in account | Opening every advertised channel |
| App distribution | Whether an app is offered, and what serves it | The download page, together with a store search |
Each criterion comes back as documented, partly documented or absent, and those three words are the published finding. We do not convert them into a score.
What We Can Verify
- Whether a company is named, and whether it appears on a regulator's own published list.
- Whether the binding terms are readable before anyone asks you to fund an account.
- Which payment rails and which safeguards the interface actually contains.
- Whether the support route is inside the logged-in account or outside it entirely.
- Whether an app exists at all, and whether a store stands behind it.
- What a game's own information screen states about its specifications.
What We Cannot
- How long your withdrawal will take. Timings, fees, minimums and ceilings are set by the operator and your own bank or wallet — check the cashier page.
- Whether a specific dispute was handled fairly, since neither side's file is public.
- Whether live returns match a certificate; that is the testing laboratory's role.
- Anything about your individual account, which we cannot see.
Where the answer is unavailable we say so in plain words. No operator payout window, fee, minimum or bonus amount appears on this site; a figure of that kind would be an error we want reported.
Partner Links
Some outbound links may be partner links, and a commission may be earned if an account is opened after one is followed. No payment changes the wording, no operator previews a page, no criterion is waived and nothing is removed on request. We also do not sell position in any list on this site. Saying so costs nothing; publishing the criteria so you can test the claim is the part that actually matters.
Dates and Corrections
Rails, verification rules and game specifications all change, so every page carries the date it was last reviewed, and material changes trigger a rewrite rather than a footnote. If a date looks old and the detail touches your money, the operator's cashier and the game's own information screen are the authorities — and corrections sent to us are applied quickly, without defending the earlier version.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does 63PH not rate casinos out of ten?
Because the evidence for a rating is not public. We can report what is documented and what is absent, which you can verify, and a score would only hide that.
Are your links paid?
Some of them are partner links that may earn a commission on a new account. The text is not for sale, and no operator gets an advance look.
Why will you not publish payout speeds?
They depend on the operator, the method and your verification status and they change without notice. Any figure here would be a guess presented as fact.
Can 63PH help with a withheld withdrawal?
No. We have no access to any account. Use operator support, then your e-wallet's in-app help, then the regulator's published complaint channel.
Who writes these pages?
The 63PH editorial desk. We do not attach invented author names or credentials to pages.
